I take and screenshot random pics every so often and use them as inspiration, reminders etc  I went to an office meeting today and this painting was one of many hanging on the walls. I automatically thought of my mother. She is known to gets down in the paint every now and then. I'm not into arts and crafts much, but I think I will re-create this for her; for Christmas or her Birthday in January. Instead of 'Motivation', think I will put 'Worship'.  I'm all about knowing what men like, need and want so next time my boyfriend (aka The Guy) puts on a tie, I will try my hardest to recreate this lol. I've bin having so much fun in the makeup world on Keek lately. If you don't know what Keek is, its an online social network where you can post 36 second vids. Yup, just 36 seconds. It was really weird at first because I was used to YouTube time, but after a while it became fun and do able. Anyway, the makeup ladies I follow all come together almost every day with makeup challenges; holiday inspired makeup, red lip Wednesdays etc. These change every week and that's the fun of it. Plus anybody can come up with an idea for a challenge. This past Friday was 'Bridal Frenzy Friday' lol The look had to include something old, new, borrowed and blue. How fun right?! Hi all, this STYLE ME FRIDAY is a bit different. The rules have changed a bit where we can re- create the look given by Ebony over at 'The Fashionista Next Door' any time during the week. Excited about this post because i'm really pleased at how creative I can be...sometimes The look for this week is the shorts suit or "shorts separates"  as Ebony (pictured) put it. Basically a pair of cute shorts, with a top/blouse and a sleek blazer. My hair is a fresh bantu-out, necklace and tank from h&m, "shorts" from Danice, shoes from random store down town Manhattan (I was actually trying to sell these...and still kinda am lol), scarf from random store and bag from Rainbow Now a little info on the shorts... Its actually a tube romper!! Was going to wear it as is for this post, but to be a little more creative I just tuck the top part in (you can't even tell huh?!) and voila, I got myself some cute shorts!!
