Finally made it to Jones Beach this past Tuesday! I went with the Guy and his friend. The guy and I went to Joe's Shanghai this past Tuesday. The wait wasn't too long and the atmosphere was pretty chill and fun! I ordered the shrimp and chicken in plum sauce (#73) with white rice and red wine. My guy had white wine, soup and pork dumplings. He ate most of my food lol. It was surprisingly delish. I say that because it was something completely different for me and you know how that could go sometimes!! I wore my hair in a (sideshow bob ) puff lol, tank from Rainbow, skirt from Danice, MK bag and (last summer) flats from Rainbow. Had a great time! Watch my Vlog ;) Blessings J

Wearing, for the 2nd time in 2 weeks, my bandanna print skirt from H&M. Love this thing. Its just perfect for the summer. Paired it with a random grey tank and white chucks :) Went to run some errands before prepping my hair (deep condition etc) for the week! I wore it like this first ;) Blessings J

The bestie scored us tickets to the Wendy Williams Show!! We had such a good time, though we were late (which made us get back row seats) and the buildup before the show was longgg It felt like we were in a club. We got super hype. The dj was pumpin and Wendy looked great (better than on tv!) I wore my hair in a puff cause it was not co operating that morning. Jewelry and dress from h&m (belt Target), shoes Rainbow and clutch a gift from my aunt.  I feel like hitting up another talk show :D UPDATE: The show aired yesterday July 11th and I saw myself for a bit during the ' Ask Wendy' segment lol Happy Friday Blessings J I pray for Justice for Trayvon Martin

This is my failed attempt to show off my maxi dress for this week's Style Me Friday  I'm wearing an oldie but goodie on my lips- viva glam nikki satin by mac This hat is from a street vendor bought last summer I like tying a knot at the bottom corner of my cotton maxi dress (or skirt). I went to a pool party this past Sunday. It was pretty good, though the dj could have done more with his music selection.  Thing is, when we got to the Venue the pool was tiny!! like omg O_O I decided to wear my animal print tank from Danice together with my black high waist thrifted shorts . Finally got a chance to wear my cute wedge sandals from Rainbow and Hair is from a same night flat twist out I wonder if adding a little mousse while prepping my 'same night' hair is a good idea? Nerd glasses from Rainbow and earrings gifted...love it What would you rock to a pool party? ALSO, see you after the July 4th Holiday!! Be Safe Blessings J
