OUTING: Rocking around the Christmas Tree!!


Finally got to see the tree in person at Rockefeller Center NYC

My friend and I went to the official lighting but was not able to get close to the tree! LOL There were so many people and we got there late.

I am excited for Christmas :D I cant help it. I like the whole vibe; family time, prayer, food, party...gifts!! Can't forget the gifts ;)

Excited about this post because i'm really pleased at how creative I can be...sometimes The look for this week is the shorts suit or "shorts separates"  as Ebony (pictured) put it. Basically a pair of cute shorts, with a top/blouse and a sleek blazer. Big Chopped!

So yes I big chopped! I have about 1-2 inched of hair on my head right now and I gotta tell you, I'm loving it! LOL It was sort of a spur of the moment decision. I mean, I was thinking about it for a while (since I took out the crochet braids) but never thought I would do it. Then one night, in the middle of Prison Break I just went for it. Just. Like. That. That was November 1st. Well, since then I've bin doing twist outs with my usual products (blue magic leave in, almond oil), but I just purchased a new twist out product from the 'As I Am' brand. I heard good things about the line and can't wait to try it! It's all about healthy hair for me now. I'm not stressing it. No color (hopefully, cause I'm thinking of  blue black *sigh*) and definitely no heat. I want my hair to grow out healthy and strong; looking, feeling and being. If that makes sense.  I would be trying out different things like rod sets (if possible), straw sets, wash and go ...
