My Experience with Il Makiage Makeup Company

I ordered a foundation from the company

Il Makiage.

I paid shipping and nothing more.

(You only get charged if you keep the

product for more than 2 weeks)

The item got to me in good timing

but after trying it for a week, I

decided it was a bit off.

I wanted a perfect match

being that the foundation is about

$50

(Also after going through a long

matching process)

I reached out to them and they sent me

another foundation.

(I got to keep the first one free)

I specifically said that the first foundation

was a bit off/a bit too light...

The second product was much lighter

than the first!!!

I mean...I dont understand.

I feel somewhat responsible because

they told me what shade they

would be sending, but

I trusted them to make a better choice

and I did not double check the new

shade myself. Smh.

I'm currently in the process of

returning the 2nd foundation.

I've seen many success stories about the company

so maybe it was just a little mistake...
