Thanks to my friend Pam,  I remembered I have a blog!

I guess by now, all J Readers should know who De'arra is right? The CEO of LORVAE, the Eyewear company.  Ok so, she had a pop up shop a couple weeks ago in NYC.

I'm usually at work when these things are taking place so I was ecstatic when she announced the date and it was the last day of my little vacation.

That day Anna -Leah and I planned to go to the Museum of Ice Cream but we had time to pop into the Lorvae event before hand. Talk about excited!!!(but I kept calm)

I am such a fan of Mark Wahlberg. Him and Denzel, I feel whatever movie they're in I have to see. So I went to see 'pain and gain' (the Rock was a bonus!) with the boyfriend this past Friday. Movie season is back!! STYLE me Friday: Shorts Suit ~ A link Up

Excited about this post because i'm really pleased at how creative I can be...sometimes The look for this week is the shorts suit or "shorts separates"  as Ebony (pictured) put it. Basically a pair of cute shorts, with a top/blouse and a sleek blazer. My hair is a fresh bantu-out, necklace and tank from h&m, "shorts" from Danice, shoes from random store down town Manhattan (I was actually trying to sell these...and still kinda am lol), scarf from random store and bag from Rainbow Now a little info on the shorts... Its actually a tube romper!! Was going to wear it as is for this post, but to be a little more creative I just tuck the top part in (you can't even tell huh?!) and voila, I got myself some cute shorts!! In-Vested~ A link Up

This week is another chance to rock my diy vest for you guys. Remember it from the last week's Style me Friday? This vest was once a denim half sleeve shirt that I wore over five times!! To re-vamp it, I cut the sleeves off, hand stitched it and voila it's on trend and going strong lol Inspirations I paired my vest with this shirt from Danice, H&M jeans and heels from Strawberry.
